Elgin Valley’s famous Peregrine Farm Stall welcomes vegan and plant-based eaters with its brand new Spring Menu. To celebrate Spring and the annual Elgin Open Gardens, Peregrine Farm has also created a menu with a special twist to its usual tea-time treats. Now offering a beautiful range of high quality teas from Lady Bonin’s Tea), Peregrine’s special-tea menu has some delicious gourmet toast and sweet treat options, designed as a unique tea pairing experience.
The menu includes various plant-based alternatives too. Plus, many of these plant-based ingredients are available in the Farm Stall, meaning you can grab your favourite Peregrine bread and recreate these creative dishes and complementary flavours again at home.
The limited edition menu will be available from midday, 27 November and ends on Sunday 4 November.

Both the chevre and camembert dishes come with a plant-based alternative from Fauxmage, who make the most amazing nut-based cheeses.
