Master Chef Giorgio Nava – who has won international awards for his hand-made pasta – invites you to his true Italian restaurants 95 Keerom in Cape Town’s CBD and 95 at Parks in Constantia during June and July.
From his signature, velvety ravioli, flavourful parcels of agnolotti and delicate tortellini morsels, to the ultimate Italian comfort food – richly layered lasagne and hearty cannelloni – you can eat to your heart’s content. With the variety of vegetable, cheese and meat fillings, and toppings of the best of pasta sauces including classic burro e salvia (sage butter), traditional tomato sugo and hearty meat ragu – you’ll want to try them all.
All the fresh pasta is lovingly prepared by expert hands in the 95 kitchen. The 95 Pasta Ripiena offering is available alongside Chef Giorgio’s regular à la carte menu from Friday, 1 June till the end of July.
