His co-hosts are Dutch author Dylan van Eijkeren , food and travel writer from Amsterdam, who has written extensively about the tradition of rijstafels in Amsterdam. He is a specialist Rijsttafel consultant, and will also be in attendance on the night of the Karoo Art Rijsttafel feast.
